Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, documents, and downloadable files — is the property of Emily Weber and Texas Teardrops.

Rentals

These Terms govern the rental of trailers available through our Site.

These Terms apply to all trailers listed on our Site at the time you access it, including any listed as unavailable. All descriptions and images of our trailers are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy and are not legally bound by minor discrepancies. You book a rental from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel a booking when necessary. If we cancel a booking after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to confirm receipt of any refund.

Full rental terms — including deposits, cancellation policy, and renter responsibilities during the rental period — are set out in the separate Rental Agreement you sign at the time of booking. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement governs the rental itself.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

• Credit card
• Debit card

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount to that payment method. If we believe a payment violates any law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

Pickup and Return

Trailers are picked up and returned in person at our location in Mansfield, TX. We do not currently offer delivery. Specific pickup and return times, and any fees for late returns, are set out in your Rental Agreement.

Consumer Protection Law

Where consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms do not limit your legal rights under that legislation. If there's a conflict between these Terms and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation apply.

Limitation of Liability

Emily Weber and Texas Teardrops, along with our agents and affiliates, are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emily Weber and Texas Teardrops, along with our agents and affiliates, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed, and the remaining provisions will still apply.

Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time to stay compliant with the law or reflect changes to how we operate. We'll notify you by email or post a notice on the Site when we do.
